Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2008 Southern Metal Finishing Conference will be held on September 14-16 at the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, SC. The conference will focus on training for the practical applications of powder coating, plating, and waste treatment processes. The individual conference sponsorship opportunities are sold on a first come first serve basis and
are listed below:

• Tabletop Exhibit - $300.00 *
• Golf Sponsor - $100.00
• Pub Crawl Sponsor (inclds. PC admission for 2) - $100.00
• Show Directory Ad (half page) - $75.00
• Show Directory Ad (full page) - $125.00
  
• Opening Night Reception Sponsorship - $1,000.00 **
  

*2008 Exhibits will be limited to the first 35, on a first come first serve basis.

** Limited to two sponsors. Includes your high quality logo displayed at our bar (drinks on you for first hour, then cash bar) and throughout the room. Your company will be announced as the evening's sponsor, and will also be announced as the 'beer' sponsor during the corresponding live filming of Finishing Talk Live. In addition, you will receive a Hospitality Suite Sponsorship, and your logo will be displayed there as well. Your logo will also be displayed on all of the cocktail napkins handed out during the evening.

Conference Sponsor Packages

We have put together special sponsorship packages designed to consolidate sponsorship opportunities giving you more bang for your advertising dollars. These packages include everything necessary to insure your company receives maximum exposure before, during and after the event. These packages will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Silver Show Package $650.00

The Silver Package includes show registration for 2 people, admission for 2 people to attend the Keynote Luncheon, 1 table top exhibit booth, a half page show directory ad, and a golf hole sponsorship at the 5th annual Swamp Fox Scramble.

Gold Show Package $1,000.00

The Gold Package includes show registration for 2 people, admission for 2 people to attend the Keynote Luncheon, 1 table top exhibit booth, a half page show directory ad, a quarter page ad that will run in the Finishing Talk newsletter 3 times, Admission for 2 to the Pub Crawl Scavenger Hunt, and a golf hole sponsorship at the 5th annual Swamp Fox Scramble.

Corporate Show Package $2,500.00

The Corporate Package includes show registration for 2 people, admission for 2 people to attend the Keynote Luncheon, 1 table top exhibit booth, a full page show directory ad, a half page ad that will run in the Finishing Talk newsletter 3 times, an Finishing Talk online banner ad package for 6 months, Admission for 2 to the Pub Crawl Scavenger Hunt, Pub Crawl Sponsorship, and a golf hole sponsorship at the 5th annual Swamp Fox Scramble.

In addition to the above, Corporate Sponsors will also receive the following bonus benefits:

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be awarded if a cancellation occurs 60 or more days before September 14, 2008. After this time, only a partial refund will be given based on the the date of cancellation.
